Software Project Assignment Help
In a software project there are several important roles that affect the quality of the product delivered. The three important roles which affect the quality are software developers, software quality analyst (QA) and testers and project manager.
Software developers: Software developers are responsible for the development of the product. They are involved in various aspect of development like designing, coding and mapping the actual requirement to the product. The developers can ensure quality by following the quality standards during development and can ensure that there is no unresolved bug left in the system (Lewis, 2006). During the testing phase if any bug is found then they need to ensure that the bug is completely resolved and no scenarios are left for the occurrence of the bug.
Software QA and testers: Testers and Software QA are responsible to find out all the bugs and issues that can affect the performance of the system. Software is released only when the testing team gives it an approval that the software is free from any bug. During the testing phase testers should perform rigorous testing and testing and perform all scenarios such that no bug is left and found after the software is released (Kelemen, 2013).
Project Manager: Role of project manager is important as he is responsible for controlling and management of the software project. Project manager is responsible for the quality action of his teams. He needs to create an environment where quality is the focus of the team.
