SDLC Assignment Help
SEVEN STEP SDLC
Planning: The first step of SDLC is the planning phase is planning phase in which all the aspects related to system development lifecycles are being seen. Forecasting of various aspects is being done so as to gain the knowledge related to the various future vulnerabilities and to make sure that the future work could be processed in a smooth manner. Various aspects indulge in planning are layouts of the screen, process diagrams, business rules, and other various documentation related to the work process of the business (Jamwal, 2010).
Analysis: The second phase of SDLC is system analysis in which all the vulnerabilities in the company are being evaluated and it is being seen that what are the various issues that are being faced by the organisation. System analysis assures that all the problems related to the business can be resolved as soon as possible and make sure that the organisation could move on the verge of effectiveness and efficiency.
Design The Programme: This is the phase of SDLC in which a team provides the designs and layouts of the planned aspects which could help the organisational aspects. In this phase programming is being done so as to make an appropriate layout of various aspects that would help the organisation to move on the verge of sustainability and help in managing the work process of the organisation in an effective manner (Rothi & Yen, 2015).
Development: Another phase of system development lifecycle is development of various plans and policies that are being set on the paper. Development phase helps in developing innovative things for the functioning of the organisation and helps the organisation to make sure that organisation can assure its success. Development phase of the organisation include database development and network engineer. Development of the work process of the organisation is one of the important aspect related to the business with the help of which a business could develop in an effective and efficient manner (Swapanja, 2012).
Testing: Testing is another phase which is required for the organisational development and is being included in system development lifecycle so as to assure that the business process can be managed effectively. Testing is one of the most important aspect related with the system development lifecycle as it helps in assuring that plans that are being formulated are effective and are helping the business process development (Taya, 2011).
Implementation: Implementation is another aspect which is required in system development lifecycle. It is important that whatever the plans are being formulated those plans should be implemented in an effective manner so as to assure that the work process of the organisation will be managed according to the set plans and organisational goals can be achieved effectively.
Maintenance: Last step is to maintain all the aspects related to the system development lifecycle. As maintaining these aspects will help in making an effective decision regarding the business. Maintenance of all the things related to the business is one of the most important things as without maintenance business process cannot be completed. Maintenance provides the assurance that all the future vulnerabilities will be removed in an effective manner (Munassar & Govardhan, 2010).
These are the phases of system development lifecycle which helps in managing the business process and helps in maintaining the decorum of the business. System development lifecycle provides an assurance that the business will move on the verge of sustainability and success and will help in making effective decision related to the future aspects of the business and help assuring the business will sustain in near future (Swapanja, 2012).
FOUR STEP SDLC MODEL
The four step SDLC model is to be termed as spiral model of SDLC. This model is being generally a combination of two model which are as follows such as sequential model and prototype model. This model is generally used for the big projects and also for the expensive projects and complicated projects because of continuous enhancement in the project (Taya, 2011).
Determination of Objectives: First step is to determine the objective of the project that is to be formulated in the business as by determining the objectives the project can be formulated as it will provide various reasons of formulating the project in the organisation. And to determine the objective a set plan is required which and for a set plan planning is required (Taya, 2011).
In this planning of various aspects related to the business process is being done so as to make sure that the organisation would be able to manage its projects in an effective manner. Planning of the project is necessary as it is being done with the help of forecasting and forecasting includes all the pros and cons related to the business (Rothi & Yen, 2015). Planning of the project is one of the most important aspect related with the business as it assure that the business will run on the verge of success and sustainability.
Identify and Resolve Risk: Another aspect related to the business process is to identify and resolve the risk as when all the objectives are being determined with the help of proper planning it is important that all the risks should be identified as risk are the uncertainties which can affect the work process of the organisation and can affect the project which can cause a huge loss to the business. Therefore these vulnerabilities and risk factors should be removed so as to manage the future aspects related to the work process in an effective and efficient manner (Taya, 2011).
Development and Test: Development of the planned aspects related to the business is another most important aspect as it will help the business to assure that it will be progress in near future. Development of the work process related to the business makes sure that the organisation will move on the verge of sustainability and success. After development of the determined objectives related to the project it is necessary to test those aspects as without testing further work cannot be processed as testing will help in gaining the knowledge that whether all the process related to the project will help on attaining the objectives or not (Munassar & Govardhan, 2010).
Plan The Next Iteration: Another step is to plan the other iteration it means it is a never ending process and this is the reason why it is being called as spiral model as it keeps on moving and is an ongoing process. After testing all the plans are being formulated in the organisation in an effective manner than work on other project gets started. According to spiral model it is important for the organisation to search one or the other new thing for the business so that the business could sustain and could establish in the market in an effective manner (Swapanja, 2012).
Moving on the another project and preparing for the other project will help the business to makes sure that the business will move on the verge of sustainability and success and will never stop.
Therefore with the help of spiral model a better understanding could be made in relation with the fact that business should keep on moving its process in an effective manner and should never stop on innovating things as it will help the business to grow and will help it in taking on the verge of success (Rothi & Yen, 2015).
COMPARISON BETWEEN 7 STEP MODEL AND SPIRAL MODEL OF SDLC
7 STEP MODEL | SPIRAL MODEL |
· 7 step model is the mode which is being processed under various steps which ensures that the work process should be completed according to those set process and in a sequential manner.
· The seven step model of system development lifecycle include planning of the process on which each and every step of the model is dependent as without planning the work cannot be processed.
· Seven step models of system development lifecycle helps in assuring that all the risk factors should be removed which can affect the business process in near future and works on the verge to make sure that the organisation could move on the verge of sustainability and success.
|
· Spiral model also works on the verge of 4 steps in which all those steps should be processed in a sequential order and helps the business [process to be formulated in an effective manner.
· Spiral model also assures that all the process should be started with planning as effective planning is necessary for the organisation. It is important for spiral model to assure that planning should be done before implementing and project.
· Spiral model also works on the verge to remove all the vulnerabilities that can affect the business process in near future and make sure that the work process of the organisation can be managed ion an effective manner and business could sustain in the market.

CONCLUSION
With the verification of various aspects indulge in this report it could be concluded that the system development lifecycle is the process which works on the verge to manage the work process of the organisation and helps the organisation in maintaining the work in an effective manner. System development lifecycle is the process with the help of which projects could be managed and can be processed effectively. every business should ensure that they follow all the steps include in System Development Lifecycle model as these steps include all the important aspects that will help in reducing the risk of uncertainties and helps in managing the work flow of the organisation to assure that the organisation could move on the verge of success and could attain competitive advantage in the market.
